Vegetarian Chili

I created this vegetarian chili with all the little left overs while we were camping. I thought it came out so delicious! I made so much that when we got home I froze it & will have for dinner another time. I did not use a recipe, I just started peeling, chopping, sauteing & viola! Chili! Thank you for stopping by.
